DoseAlly cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we process
On your device only: Medication info (name, dose, time, status) is stored on your device and, optionally, in your own iCloud account (CloudKit). We cannot see this data.
For family alerts (optional): If you enable caregiver/family alerts, only opaque identifiers (random UUIDs), dose times, status (taken/missed), and a device token for notifications are sent to our server. Medication names or medical content are never sent to the server.
App usage (analytics): The app sends anonymous usage events to Google Analytics for Firebase so we can see how the subscription screen performs — for example that it was opened, which button led to it, and whether a plan was started. These events carry no medical content whatsoever: no medication name, dose, schedule, adherence figure or caregiver identity is ever included. Firebase also records a device-generated identifier, the app version and coarse region. We do not use it for advertising.
How we use data
Only to provide reminders, to deliver caregiver alerts if you enable them, and to understand how the app itself is used so we can improve it. We never sell data, show ads, or share it for marketing.
Storage & deletion
Server data is stored in the EU (Germany). You can delete your server and device data anytime via Settings → Delete My Data in the app.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your data.
This website (doseally.webkodingtheme.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, to see which pages
and referring sites bring people here, and to record when a visitor taps through to the App Store. It
collects the page viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the referring site.
IP addresses are anonymised, and Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are switched
off — this data is never used to build an advertising profile and is never joined
to anything you do inside the app. See Google’s privacy policy. This section covers the website only; how the
app itself handles your data is described above.
